Plain Concepts recognized as one of the Best Companies to Work for

Once again, the prestigious newspaper El Mundo has published its ranking of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain and, for the third consecutive year, Plain Concepts has made the list.

The reasons? There are numerous social benefits for employees, including concern for the team’s well-being, career plan, and flexibility to work remotely and reconcile with family life.

We received the award at the I Edition of the awards ceremony, held in the Rafael del Pino Auditorium in Madrid, in an event that highlighted the different initiatives and motives of the different companies chosen this year.

Best companies to work for in Spain 2024

El Mundo has been able to see that Plain Concepts’ priority is to care for its employees and to offer the best value to its clients. For this, we must take care of the great team that forms what the company is today and will be tomorrow, and that is why we consider of utmost importance our policies for attracting and retaining talent.

This policy is based on a solid strategy of recruitment, incorporation, professional development, competencies, retention, and recognition. This helps to improve well-being at work, strengthen employee engagement, and reinforce the company’s image and employer branding.

In our efforts to guarantee the well-being of our employees, we consider the proper organization of work to be fundamental, with different initiatives that adapt to the realities of our employees, with a special focus on flexibility and work-life balance:

  • Working day of 35 hours per week, maintaining 100% of the salary.
  • Flexible and full-remote working day.
  • Improved internal communication.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of each employee’s satisfaction.
  • Reinforced medical care.
  • Advantages in gyms and sports activities.
  • Christmas basket and free birthday.
  • And a long list of other benefits.

In addition, El Mundo highlights our Development and Growth Map, which is a tool that guides employees on how to progress in their careers. The map is structured as a list of core competencies that are derived from the pillars of corporate culture. At the same time, these competencies are divided into impact levels to facilitate the understanding of our level of maturity in each of them. With all of this, the aim is to achieve a clear vision of where we are in our trajectory, provide visibility on all areas of growth, align expectations on what is required of us, give feedback on our progression, guide future steps, etc.

On the other hand, we are concerned about improving the training and specialization of our professionals. To this end, an annual training plan has been drawn up, including an individual training exchange, English classes, official Microsoft certification programs, agreements with universities and professional training centers, etc.

These are just some of the highlights of everything that is being achieved within Plain Concepts and that represent the great environment and company to continue growing in multiple professional and personal facets. You can read the complete profile that El Mundo has made here.

We will keep working to keep improving and make our team happy and proud to belong to a great company like Plain Concepts
