Plain Concepts offers a specialized and customized Azure assessment to those organizations that have applications and resources hosted in Azure with high workloads.
This assessment will analyze and detail all the appropriate data and actions that will need to be carried out to resolve identified incidents and thus improve performance in the Cloud.
Assessment steps
1. Initial data collection
The first assessment step focuses on the initial collection of data and understanding the Azure resources that have been deployed or configured.
The analysis does not focus exclusively on Azure technical components, but also in more functional aspects, such as the criteria that have led the client to the current state, its priorities, and objectives.
The following points are included in the assessment:
- Networking and hybrid or native communications
- Monitoring and alerts
- Storage in Azure
- Identity and hybrid identity in Azure
- Security in Azure
- High availability in Azure
- Backup and disaster recovery in Azure
- Management and cost optimization in Azure
- Automation in Azure
- Governance in Azure
2. Technical report generation
This step focuses on assessing the data collected and the subsequent connections to the client Azure tenant.
3. Executive presentation of the assessment
The assessment executive summary consists of a PowerPoint presentation of the technical assessment, but with more executive content, including summaries of the current situation.
4. Roadmap presentation
Finally, a three-hour session will be dedicated to the presentation of the remediation roadmap, where every action, as well as its priority, will be detailed for you to solve all identified incidents. This presentation will be held at the client’s offices and will be addressed to those technical and managing profiles that are related to the management of Azure tenants.
